Attorney Maureen S. Willkom focuses her practice on transactional and litigation matters related to community association law. She assists associations with the collection of assessments and lien foreclosure and advises clients on matters such as interpretation and amendment of condominium documents, homeowner disputes, FHA and VA certification, and enforcement of rules and covenants. Maureen has experience representing associations and individual unit owners at all stages of civil litigation, including at the appellate level.
Maureen received her law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School in 2013, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2009. During law school, Maureen was awarded induction into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society, and she served as the Senior Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review and published her comment in the journal.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Maureen is also a member of the Community Association Institute of Wisconsin and serves on numerous committees. She has been a speaker on legal panels and is a regular presenter at the firm’s Condo College seminars.
